Depending on where you live i suppose, but for the most part, yes.

I agree with this statement a little bit because it is there home and they should feel safe. If they are in a bad neiborhood then they might not feel as safe because they might get robed and they could get hirt.
Nikki,
I do not agree with this statement. People should feel safe but sometimes they don't. Like one of my friends doesn't feel safe when their home.
Emily
I agree with this statement because people should feel safe in their own house thats why they put special locks and other things put in.
Tyler,
Not always. It is good to feel safe in your home but not everybody can say that they do.
depending on where you live.
Beau
I agree with this statement cause you are the one who is in it all the time so you know were everything is there for you would feal comvertable
christian
I do agree that poeple feel safe in there own home.I feel safe in my own home becasue,I thing people wont enter my house, unless its a robber.
Emily
Beau just because you know where stuff is at in your house does that mean your safe
Melani
I definantly agree with this statement. Most people have a plain already laid out so when somthing happens they know where to go and what to do. When i am at home i feel someone what safe but not all the time because when no one is home i get a little scared and dont know what to do.
Tyler.
Home is the place that your supposed to feel safe at, like a safe haven. Not everybody can say that they do but in my opinion people should always have the right to feel safe in there homes.

Tylers comment sounds a lot like toms. Just saying
Jake Ryan I would have to agree with this statement. It seems taht people are more relaxed in an inviroment that is firmiler to them. I tend to fell in a safe state of being when I am in my home
Meagan :D
I agree, you have a lot more safety in your home, when your outside your vulnerable, but when your in you house you can close off everything.
Tom
Example for my first post: Someone who lives in Oakland California, may not feel as safe as someone living in Beverly Hills
Shawn
I agree with this statement because your home is the one place you should be able to feel safe. You know your home better that anyone you know where everything is and have your family members on your side.
Beau
well emily if you dont know your stuff is at your house than it would be like the movies were people walk around and get scared
Mason
I agree with tom because some people may live around gangs and feel like they could be in danger but for the most part people feel safe in there home.
Melani
Tyler i agree with what u had to say but people should be able to feel safe in their OWN home.
Elizabeth
Melani I agree with you, I feel scared sometimes but I know I am safe.
Chance
Well there is a yes AND no answer to that. This kind of goes back to the neighborhood thing. Such as if you live in the "ghetto" more than likely there will be someone breaking and entering into your home. I've always been safe in my home, no intruders or anything. However I've had ghostly experiences in my home(s).
Emily
In movies they could be in their house and know where everything is but they still get scared beau
Melani
Elizabeth thanks for agreeing with me, and we should feel safe in our own home but it is hard if u have had somthing happen in your house which would change you.
i disagree with the statement because if someone comes in your house and kills your family and he's still in there, than are you still safe in your house.
shayla
I do agree with this statement because its their own home, they should feel safe.
i agree with almost everyone.
Meagan,
i don't agree with you. Just because you close off everything doesn't mean that you feel safe
Tyler,
Yeah Melani I agree with you too, But take MLK for example, do you think that he felt safe in his home? yeah ok we all know people dont try to acheive goals like he did but still, People do have worriesbut yeh you should be able to feel safe in your own home.
austin :
i disagree with the statement because if someone comes in your house and kills your family and he's still in there, than are you still safe in your house.
Elizabeth
Chance, I agree with you, I would feel pretty scared if I were in a community I was unfamiliar with and I would be extra cautious, by locking windows and doors.
Shawn
Austin had a good point
Melani
Tyler yea people are going to worry about things but in their own home they will know their way around and be able to have somewhere to go if they are in danger.
i do not like the virtul herietage
